Return & Refund Policy — Savage Science Research

1. All sales are final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on delivered orders.

2. Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, contact us at team@savagescienceresearch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package and product(s). Once we verify the damage, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

3. Lost packages
If tracking shows your package is lost in transit or never arrives, contact us and we will issue one free reshipment. If tracking shows the package as delivered, we cannot issue a reshipment.

4. Wrong or missing items
If your order arrives with the wrong item or something missing, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of what you received, and we will make it right.
